Malta Tennis enthusiasts gathered at the Marsa Sports Club for a day filled with thrilling matches and remarkable performances. The Fun Tournament brought together players of all ages, including kids who showcased their skills in a friendly and competitive atmosphere. With the sun shining bright, over 100 participants took part in this exciting event, making it a memorable day of tennis in Malta.
Hard Balls A Group:
In the Hard Balls A Group, Marina Sammy clinched the gold medal, displaying exceptional skills and determination. Lily Schranz secured the second spot, showcasing her talent on the court.
Hard Balls B Group:
Sofia Frendo emerged as the champion in the Hard Balls B Group, demonstrating her prowess in the game. Katrina Pace exhibited commendable performance and earned the well-deserved second position.
Doubles A:
Pablo and Yang Sang emerged as the champions in the Doubles A category, showcasing their impeccable teamwork and skill. Misha Belchenko and Jan Parascandolo secured the second position, putting up a tough fight.
Doubles B:
Sofia Frendo and Katrina Pace formed an unstoppable duo, claiming the top spot in the Doubles B category. Max Carbonaro and Tim Decesare put up a valiant effort and secured the second position.
Green Dot Boys:

Girls Red Balls:
Eva Salomone Renaud dominated the Girls Red Balls category, capturing the gold medal with her exceptional performance. Melissa Salome displayed remarkable skills and secured the second position, showcasing her talent on the court.

A special mention goes to Sofia Frendo, who showcased exceptional talent and determination by winning four events throughout the tournament. Her outstanding performances demonstrated her dedication to the sport. Additionally, we applaud 6-year-old Ed Spiteri Paris for his remarkable achievement in reaching the semifinals in Green Dot Balls singles among 28 talented boys. Ed's success continued as he also reached the doubles final in the orange ball event, showcasing his promising skills at such a young age.
We congratulate Katrina Pace for being recognised as the most improved player at the Asciak Tennis Academy. Her hard work and commitment to honing her skills resulted in impressive results, reflecting her dedication to the sport.
