High Performance

The Monthly program will take place between ( September - June ) Tailor made to fit the requirements of each player on a individual basis.

On occasion working with 2 coaches on court to asses each player thoroughly . Be ready for intense sessions and hard work ! The only way we feel to bring the best out of each individual .

The program includes :
  • - Tennis Training
  • - Fitness Training
  • - Mental Training ( Offered on Request )
  • - Video Analysis ( Offered on Request )
  • - Nutritional Program ( Offered on Request )
  • - Lunch offered at the Club
  • - Free Wifi
Training will be held between Monday - Saturday
Sunday Rest Day
